How do I receive my indicator after payment?
After your payment is verified, we send the Pine Script file directly to the email address you provided. The delivery usually takes 5–15 minutes. You then paste it into TradingView's Pine Editor and save it as a personal script.
Which TradingView plan do I need?
All our indicators work on every TradingView plan, including the free plan. You do not need a paid TradingView subscription to use Fixili Pro indicators.
Is the license truly lifetime? No renewal?
Yes — you pay once and own the indicator forever. No subscriptions, no renewal fees. Future updates to the indicator are also included at no extra cost.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept Skrill, Neteller, Binance Pay, Bibit, and Redotpay. PayPal and card payments (Visa/Mastercard) are coming soon.
Can I use the indicator on multiple devices?
Yes. Once added to your TradingView account, the indicator is available on all devices linked to your account — desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Do the indicators repaint?
No. All Fixili Pro indicators are built with non-repainting logic. Signals are confirmed only on the close of the candle and will not change retroactively.
I haven't received my indicator — what should I do?
If you haven't received your indicator within 30 minutes of payment, contact us at contact@fixili.pro or via WhatsApp at +974 7205 4434 with your transaction ID and we'll resolve it immediately.
Can I get a refund?
Because our products are digital scripts delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once delivery is confirmed. However, if you experience a technical issue with the indicator, contact us and we will assist or provide a replacement at no cost.
